Tree House

A real tree house, built in the boughs of a growing tree.

Settle into your own leafy hideaway, free-standing with no neighbours and tucked out of sight by the bush around it.

The Tree House is built around a living tree, with two bedrooms, a veranda among the branches and an open-air bathroom that looks out to the mountains. Cook on one of two braai spots, cool off in your private splash pool filled with fountain water, and fall asleep to the sounds of the kloof.

In summer the beds are made with percale sheets, with fans and mosquito nets. In winter there are flannel sheets, feather duvets, blankets, hot water bottles and an enclosed indoor fireplace.
